Job Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager
- Oversee facilities management projects on commercial buildings
- Work could include planned and reactive maintenance such as re roofs, toilet repairs, window replacements, floor levelling, kitchens and more
- Attend site visits
- Lead projects form precontracts to completion
- Oversee quality control and health and safety
- Commercially aware to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Manage contractors and direct staff
- Manage the client relationship and maximise opportunities
- Complete progress reports
- Reporting into the head of facilities management

Knowledge/Experience
- Experience working on Facilities Management within the commercial sector
- SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications preferred
- Good IT skills
- Commercial aware and efficient with delivering projects within budget
- Full UK driving license
